Bellevue, WA – A young, affectionate dog named Daisy Duck is growing increasingly depressed at a Seattle area animal shelter where she has been overlooked and passed by for months. This week, Seattle Humane shared the year-old dog’s many attributes, writing:
Daisy Duck loves people, playing with other dogs, car rides, going on nature walks and getting to sniff all the things.
And the reason for her sadness:
She doesn’t love that she’s been here for three months with little adoption interest and very few visitors.
Daisy has been able to enjoy a few outings with volunteers during her stay, but when she returns to the shelter, the sadness comes back, and it is this depressed dog that potential visitors see when they peer into her kennel run.
You can help Daisy by sharing her adoption information. She is a great, young, beautiful dog who deserves to be living in a home, with an adoring owner.
