Tri Cities, WA – A handsome German shepherd is rapidly declining behind the bars of a kennel run at the Tri-Cities Animal Shelter & Control Services facility in Pasco. Dexter, a four-year-old shepherd, has been at the shelter facility for weeks and his time in confinement is taking a devastating toll.
Dexter’s advocate writes:
Meet shelter dog Dexter. He has been rapidly declining. He hardly eats and he’s been crying in his kennel. He needs a new family that will be committed to love him FOREVER!
German shepherds are deeply devoted to their families. Being held behind bars, away from the people he loves, is undoubtedly painful for this intelligent, faithful dog.
Please share Dexter’s adoption information to help him find a loving home.
