League City, Texas – A cat, painted or dyed red, has sparked concern among residents of League City, Texas. According to the League City Animal Care agency, the cat is known to animal welfare officers who are actively trying to capture her.
In a Facebook post, the agency said:
We are aware of the cat that has been seen around the community with red dye or paint on her fur, and we want everyone to know this baby is not forgotten. Our team is actively working to safely trap and get this cat into our care so she can receive the attention she needs.
The animal care agency has requested that residents avoid trying to catch or feed the cat because it makes their efforts to capture her more difficult.
Anyone who spots the cat is asked to directly message the animal control agency with the time and location rather than calling, unless the cat is actually captured.

I agree with Renee! Give this jerk what he deserves! Hope the poor cat gets the help it needs and finds a loving home in spite of all the cruelty that has been inflicted.
I can’t imagine why this poor cat has not been caught and helped by now; it has been over a week. The individual responsible for this cruelty needs to be found and locked up for as long as possible. There is no excuse for this type of deranged behavior and this individual needs to be removed from the rest of society.

That poor cat !!I don’t understand why someone would do that but then again I don’t understand animal abuse!!I hope the son of a bitch gets caught and held accountable… there is nothing funny about this. It’s a horrible way to treat an animal.!!
