Brookhaven, Georgia – A 25-year-old Georgia woman is accused of throwing kittens from a moving car in Brookhaven, Georgia. A horrified woman witnessed kittens being hurled from the passenger side window of a minivan in the area of Peachtree Road and Osborne Road on August 5.
Thanks to the witness’ description of the vehicle, reported to be a Toyota Sienna, and the license plate, Brookhaven Police were able to arrest Valentina Tobon Henao.

A total of three eight-week-old kittens were thrown out of the moving vehicle. One of the kittens did not survive and was found on the road in the area where the witness saw the horrific incident happen. The other two kittens were eventually located and rescued; one had a dislocated tail and abrasions.
