From the AKC about this breed:
The smart, confident, and versatile Belgian Malinois is a world-class worker who forges an unbreakable bond with his human partner. To deny a Mal activity and the pleasure of your company is to deprive him of his very reasons for being. Belgian Malinois are squarely built, proud, and alert herders standing 22 to 26 inches.

  1. It’s a horrible shame that people have such a surplus of dogs, deliberately, and have become comfortable with killing them for being “extra.” I of course hope Zero gets the life and people he deserves and is not executed.

    • I agree ! What is the point of a shelter for the homeless fur babies if you check in but never check out!! It sickens me that innocent animals are executed in mass numbers in the USA. Expect this in some other third world countries but not here. Make more room . Most are local government, shelters taxes support. No kill ! Otherwise leave them on streets . At least they not murdered

      • Without stopping all puppy breeding for sale, these horrible things will continue, because there will always be far more dogs than good homes for them. But yes, since when are prison death camps called shelters? Since people found it convenient for the puppy breeding industry, that’s when.

  2. Why are we not doing more with shelter dogs to match them with veterans or place them as service companions. This would reduce the number of animals killed on a daily basis for no reason whatsoever.

  3. Bottom line: spay and neuter dogs. Put a stop to all those unwanted births. Our intrepid government should have money budgeted for fixing animals, seems they have money to throw at dumb-ass ideas.

  4. And what get me is the fucking shelter kills more animals then anyother human and that’s sad cause I thought when they go to a shelter there protected but there not and in Texas shelter they are the worst shelter in the US that kills more animals than any other state I know cause I’m from a state that I’m ashamed of when it cones to animals

  5. And they need to close and stop animals breeding cause thst how we get more dog people needs to stop buying animals and adopt cause I blame all the fucking breeders for all the animals in the shelters and on the streets so stop buying and adopt cause as long as you buy from a damn breeder they gonna keep making money when there’s dogs 🐕 and cats in the shelter that needs a home

  6. I have been an animal advocate for over 15 years. Yes, Texas is the worst state in the country for animals. San AntonioHouston, Dallas, moI have been an animal advocate for over 15 years. Yes, Texas is the worst state in the country for animals. Sending Antonio, Mount Pleasant, Palm Valley Nueces County are all slaughterhouses. That is the reason why six of my seven dogs came from Texas and I live in Tampa Bay. Each and every one of them was last second euthanasia listed. They are the most loving and grateful animals and anybody that doesn’t rescue a shelter dog is crazy. Not only have you saved a life, but they know you did, and they will love you forever
