Phoenix, AZ – For over 650 days, a dog named Taki has been patiently waiting for someone to choose him to be their companion. This sweet, goofy boy has been at the Arizona Animal Welfare League since May 2022…sitting by the front of his kennel run, hoping that someone will stop and take him home.
The shelter writes:
While he wakes up every day to the same routine and rare meet and greets with potential adopters, he has not lost hope that his family is out there somewhere.
Adding:
He has won over the hearts of many, rightfully so. He’s described as loving, loyal, one-of-a-kind, goofy, and attentive by those closest to him ❤️
Taki knows the best way for him to thrive in his home is as an only pet. He is confident that his enormously doting and big-hearted self will be more than enough for his future family. He simply wants to be your little shadow all around the home, if only he were given the chance.
