Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – On Christmas Day, a woman was arrested after witnesses told the authorities she had beaten a puppy and stuffed the pup into a suitcase before zipping it up. The alleged puppy abuser is identified as 56-year-old Jayme White.
According to the criminal complaint, there was “no way for the dog to be able to breathe,” in the closed suitcase.
As reported by WTAE News, the first time the police encountered White, the puppy was in the suitcase, and she was advised that she could not keep the pup there. After letting the woman go, police received another call stating that White was observed beating the puppy again and had put the pup back in the suitcase.
This time, White was arrested and the puppy was taken to the Pittsburgh Police Zone 1 station and then turned over to a local rescue organization. The pup was dehydrated and had an open wound but was in relatively “good spirits” given the cruel ordeal.
White is facing charges for public drunkenness and animal cruelty; her preliminary hearing is scheduled on January 6.

This IS the only way these sick – minded motherfucks will be stopped. Because these bastards are all devout cowards and would crap themselves knowing they were going to be hunted down and despatched. These scum need severn barrels of shit kicking out of them to make them realise what they have done will not be tolerated. If they expire because of this then even better as they cannot be classed as humans!! The useless law will not do anything as they are ‘just animals’ so it is up to us normal people who feel the same ‘hate’ towards these cowardly scum to deal with them appropriately!
P.S. I can vouch that this method DOES work and can be achieved with care and forward planning!!

Die Polizei hätte sofort einschreiten müssen , schon um deutlich zu machen das dass Tierquälerei die ein ernstzunehmendes, inakzeptables Verbrechen ist, welches sofortige Maßnahmen erforderlich macht. Tierquälerei muss endlich härteste Bestrafung, sowie ein lebenslanges Verbot der Tierhaltung erhalten.

Warped people who abuse animals, children and other people live in ALL states and occurs across all political and geographic lines. Having said that, however, one criteria has to do with animal abuse LAWS. Frankly, The Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF) ranks states on the strength of their animal protection laws annually. States with the weakest laws tend to be in the South and Midwest (often considered “red” states), while states with the strongest laws are often on the West Coast and Northeast (often considered “blue” states). Weaker laws and less stringent enforcement might result in fewer reported or prosecuted cases, not necessarily less abuse.
Even so, it is foolish to make such a statement as yours.
Police are stupid for letting this happen. They should have sense enough to know the woman was evil by the action she took the first time. ARE THEY BLIND????

Shame on you, Pittsburgh Police Department you should’ve taken that woman in immediately putting a puppy in a suitcase is abuse, regardless so it gets another beating because you didn’t do your job. She’s a despicable POS. Fine the crap out of her and put her in jail.!!
