San Antonio, Texas – On Sunday, November 9, a man was caught on surveillance video strangling a kitten in the stairwell of an apartment complex in the 7400 block of Yarrow Boulevard. According to the San Antonio Police, the man appeared to chase the kitten before strangling him to death.
As reported by KENS5 News, residents at the complex do not believe the suspect is a resident there. A large reward of up to $10,000 is being offered by Alley Cat Allies for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for this cruel incident.
