Lynnwood, Washington – A puppy is safe and sound after officers with the Lynnwood Police Department rescued him from a dumpster. The law enforcement agency said the pup, dubbed Oscar, was “cold, scared, and covered in debris” when they found him.
Oscar is in good hands now. The department said that he is “safe, and warm” and being fostered by members of the department.

The agency has opened an investigation and is hopeful that they will find the person responsible for the cruel abandonment. They said:
If you have information on who abandoned him, we want to know. Abandoning animals isn’t just wrong, it’s illegal. LPD Case 25-39863.
Lynnwood Police Department: (425) 670-5600

they will never find who did this….. we had a similar act like this here in tulsa okla…. but the pup was alot bigger than this one….6 months old….but weighed 25 or less lbs… she was a greyish blue pitty, beautiful yellow pleading eyes.., skin and bones.. the trash guys found her, and reported and she was saved…. she spent months in ICU animal emergency.. but she made a full recovery… her name is FAWN… and she was adopted by the woman that pulled her out of that dumpster…. now she’s living the best life…. they will never know who or find the persons responsible for her being dumped.. left to die…. i pray this little baby has the same love and care as FAWN had… and that she finds the best home…
The monster who did this deserves to rot in hell!!!
Let’s hope they find the piece of garbage who is responsible. Hopefully that little pup has a bright future ahead with lots of love.
Everyone of these useless humans should be imprisoned for life with absolutely no parole
