Huntingdon County, PA – A Penn State chemical engineering professor is facing charges for allegedly engaging in “lewd acts,” including sexual intercourse, with his dog. According to sources, 64-year-old Themis Matsoukas was charged on Tuesday after the authorities viewed trail camera footage from Rothrock State Forest showing him “naked from the waist down,” engaging in sex acts with a collie.
As reported by Onward State, forest staff found photos dating back to 2014 of the same man, “nude from the waist down.”
When rangers from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources searched Matsoukas’ home earlier this month, he allegedly became panicked and said, “I’m done, I’m dead,” adding, “I need to die.” The accused man is reported to have stated that he engaged in the lewd behavior to “blow off steam.”
A Penn State spokesperson has said, “Themis Matsoukas has been relieved of his responsibilities and is on leave.”
Matsoukas is charged with open lewdness, indecent exposure, and sexual intercourse with an animal, misdemeanors, and summary charges of cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct.
No word on the current status of Matsoukas’ dog.

No information as to the condition of this dog is inexcusable…. And let’s call him out on beastiality not lewd conduct… it’s illegal and disgusting and a violation of trust for that poor dog… hopefully he’s charged accordingly n the dog is placed in a forever home with the patience and love to help over come this traumatic experience…
