Ontario, California – For nearly a month, a young Doberman Pinscher named Loki has been held at the Animal Resource Center of the Inland Empire in Ontario. Despite his striking good looks, he has received no applications for adoption, and he is growing increasingly stressed and depressed.
Visitors have noticed that Loki shakes and trembles in his kennel run – undoubtedly confused and terrified over his current circumstances.
