Hankinson, North Dakota – A man is facing a felony animal cruelty charge for leaving dogs and puppies without proper shelter in subzero temperatures in North Dakota. As reported by KVRR News, a warrant for arrest has been issued for Tyrone Wilson after deputies found two frozen puppies, and four chained dogs at property in Hankinson.
Responding deputies from the Richland County Sheriff’s Office found an uninsulated shed, dogs tethered by short chains, a frozen water bucket, and in addition to the frozen pups, one dog who had lost a paw. It was -8 degrees on the day deputies arrived with a search warrant and found the deceased puppies.
The authorities were aware of the situation in 2025 thanks to worried neighbors who reported unattended dogs on the property. Wilson assured deputies that he would check in on the dogs and get them adequate shelter from the elements…but that did not happen.
Wilson is not in custody, but there is an active warrant for his arrest.

The answer to animal cruelty is people who are actually humans is to STOP IT before it happens not after it happens. Remember these devils are not humans so anything bad that befalls them is payback.
I F the authorities knew, why wasn’t the owner REQUIRED to do what he promised? Why wasn’t he given a date for an inspection to check the improvements. Nothing done. No authorities checked. It is called Follow Up. Now dead, and injured. Punish him to the full extent of the law. He lied. Animals suffered and Died. He Must be required to pay for the medical care, up keep, and needs of the living. He is Never allowed to have Any kind of animal ever again. Tie him outside, frozen bucket of water, no food, short chain, uninsullated abode… let him have some ‘fun’.

I do not understand why this keeps happening. If you don’t make the punishment severe, they walk away with a slap on the wrist. Those poor animals suffered horribly to freeze to death and he knew what he was doing cause he’s already hauled ass. his sorry ass should never see the lie today he needs to be putting in a freezer for a while to see what it feels like.
This individual should not only be in custody; but should be sentenced to a long term behind bars. People such as this have no place in our society. All they contribute is pain and suffering.
