Morgan County, TN – A 24-year-old Tennessee man is facing multiple counts of animal cruelty for allegedly throwing a tote full of puppies into a river. According to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department, the red tote was dumped into a river off Burrville Road on or around Christmas day.
After an investigation, the authorities arrested Tyler Underwood; he is facing six counts of animal cruelty.
Only one puppy survived the cruel incident…five perished. The puppies were between seven and nine weeks old.
Underwood was booked into the Morgan County Jail without bond
this lowlife should be drowned so he knows the fear hose innocent pups felt, not being able to breathe.
That stinking freak deserves the same treatment! What a cruel and heartless monster.
I hope he gets cancer and dies a slow very very painful death!
