Gardena, CA – A young dog named Kratos has been utterly failed by people. He was taken in at the Los Angeles County Animal Control – Carson facility as a young puppy, and now, at not even two years of age, he is behind the bars of the shelter kennel run and on the list of urgent dogs at risk of being euthanized.
The Instagram account for Saving Carson Shelter Dogs explains this young dog’s dire predicament:
Kratos was in the shelter when he was a little puppy and now he’s back and he was on a microchip hold but his family never came. He had a little laceration on his neck that healed, but he’s still very skinny and he needs out fast.

This beautiful boy has done nothing to deserve the predicament he is in today. He was discarded as a young puppy, and then again as a young dog. He has shown shelter staff and volunteers that he wants affection, and he enjoys playtime with other dogs in the shelter play yard.
All he needs is a chance to live. He wants to be loved. Will you please be his hero? Network Kratos’ adoption information to help it get to rescue agencies and potential adopters. Time is of the essence, or this gorgeous boy will be lost forever.
