Husky Terrified After Being Abandoned At Shelter

Los Angeles, CA – A young husky was left confused and terrified after her owner abandoned her at a California animal shelter. The year-old dog, June, was so scared after being dumped at the facility that she hid in her kennel for a month.

A volunteer writes:

This beautiful girl was abandoned at the shelter. They just left her there without taking the time to surrender her properly on 9/12/23. She was chipped and they never came. Confirming her abandonment. No wonder she is so scared. Volunteers say she hid in her cubby for a month.

It took volunteers time to win June’s affection and earn her trust, but when they did, they could see that she was sweet and affectionate.

June has been at the shelter for months – she could use the help of strangers to help her find a loving home where she can blossom. Please share June’s adoption information!
