Martin County, Florida – A family’s horse suffered a gunshot wound after a neighbor’s “failed target practice” led to bullets striking their house, and their horse. According to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Felipe Pascual-Andres told investigators that he recently purchased a new firearm and was practicing target shooting in his backyard off of SE Salerno Road when three rounds missed their intended target and left his property.
Pascual-Andres’ target practice landed bullets into his neighbor’s house – one of the bullets went through a door and wall and ended up on their kitchen counter. Another bullet landed on the neighbor’s porch – and the horse suffered a gunshot wound to the neck. Thankfully the horse is expected to survive.
Filipe Pascual-Andres was booked into the Martin County Jail on multiple charges, including shooting into an occupied dwelling and is facing other charges as well.

That “target practice” excuse is the greatest load of frog-shit I have ever heard. That sick little prick had no business firing that weapon anywhere other than a firing range. No one is that bad of a shot, and not only that, if you truly felt that you needed practice YOU DON’T DO IT IN YOUR BACKYARD. This is yet another perfect example of fuckwits with firearms.
