Kentucky – A family of abandoned dogs is safe today thanks to a good Samaritan who sprang into action after seeing someone dump three puppies and their mother at Crossing bridge in Cliffy Science Hills area. According to Paws 4 The Cause rescue, the pups had fallen into the creek and were “in a panic crying” as they struggled to reach dry land.
The good Samaritan was able to pluck the puppies from the water, warm them, and get them to their home but when they returned to find the mother, she was too frightened to be captured.
The non-profit group said:
The next day, many good people came together as a rescue Nation to secure momma and today they came into our safe arms.
The pups and their mom were suffering from a variety of maladies, including infections, worms, and fleas and the rescue group ensured that they were all given the necessary treatment. The group commended the people who worked together to save their lives, and noted their need for foster homes in the area:
We are very thankful for the village of animal loving people that came together to find a safe place for this family. They will need foster homes in the Lexington and Georgtown, Ky area or close by.

thank god there are good people still out there fighting the fight. as for the piece of shit who dumped the dogs. they should get a taste of what drowning feels like.
There are always good people even in the worst places and Kentucky is rated as one of the worst states for animals. Thank goodness they were found and saved. I always think that people who commit such violence or cruelty against animals should get a taste of their own medicine.

What a despicable creep to do such a horrible thing to this doggie family! Thank goodness for the good person who rescued them. There are devils walking among us.
We need more heroes & angels & am glad this family got saved & will hopefully have a better future a head of them because someone with a good heart saved them & hope these poor babies get much deserved justice & people who do this make me sick to the core & don’t belong in society?!!!

With that “person” still walking freely out there, things are still not safe for anyone vulnerable to its appetite for cruelty; and don’t think a tiny toddler would be safe from this evil coward either. These people need far more serious consequences for their crimes against helpless innocents. At least we now have the felony animal cruelty law in effect (thanks to President Trump).

Animals are not garbage you dump! I hope this human never has any more pets. The same will happen..Someone knows who the owner is, the person should be arrested . I can’t call them a pet parent. Just owner, who took it upon themselves to cause suffering to these beautiful innocent dogs. Bless the rescuer.
