Austin, TX – A gentle dog is alive and recovering from multiple injuries after someone chained her to a pole in Travis County and she was attacked by multiple dogs. According to Austin Pets Alive! the dog, dubbed Felicity was in such dire condition that she initially could not walk; the organization recounts the situation, writing:
The Travis County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) was first alerted to the scene. A gentle, golden-eyed pittie had been chained to a pole and multiple dogs were attacking her. Quickly after arrival, TCSO called for backup — an Animal Protection Officer arrived and immediately rushed her to the emergency clinic. Too weak and wounded to carry her own weight, Felicity was brought in on a stretcher.
Currently, there is no information about who is responsible for chaining Felicity to the pole and attacked. However, the animal welfare agency is focusing on getting this wounded dog healthy, and hopeful that she can recover in a foster home:
There are unfortunately no leads to who chained her to the pole and with that, no answers as to why, so we focus on the present and future, and what matters most: Felicity is safe and ready to be loved.

I say BS on there are no leads! There are cameras EVERYWHERE nowadays! Has LEO asked EVERY dwelling, business, etc. for their cameras? This is in Austin, Texas. Don’t tell me there aren’t any cameras. People need to do their freaking jobs and ask for cameras. Someone knows who that poor innocent soul belongs to.
Those responsible need to be chained to the same pole and tortured in the same fashion. There’s no room on this planet for monsters who do this. Bless that innocent little girl. Hopefully she finds her person in this world who will love and adore her like she deserves.
