Dog Threw Himself A Shelter Party, Then He Got A New Home

Colby County, AL – The husky who threw himself an epic, late-night party at an Alabama animal shelter has been adopted. Titan wreaked havoc on the Colby County Animal Shelter’s lobby, destroying files, paperwork and a computer.

But Titan’s naughty antics did not deter an adopter from taking a chance on him. On Wednesday, the animal shelter let everyone know that Titan had found a home:

Movie star Titan has been adopted!!! He is going to a home with an experienced owner for his breed!
Thank you all so much for the support!

Wishing you a long and happy life Titan!

  2. If you don’t know the breed and aren’t prepared for one, you will be sorry. Siberians are active, athletic dogs who need a lot of exercise. They are a working breed and happiest when they have a function to perform. Regular exercise is important both physically and mentally, and doing activities together strengthens the bond between dog and owner. Siberians were bred to run and will do so at every opportunity; it is vital to keep the dog on a leash, in harness, or in a fenced yard at all times. A busy and active Siberian is a happy and healthy Siberian.

  6. I sure can relate to the damage done. My dog Penney, adopted Nov 10 from the shelter, having been there just 14 days, has done much destruction. Most recently tore open box of records, gnawing to pieces 12 to 15. 45’s. Prior victories were belts, watch bands, remote controls, electrical cords, electric blanket, flip flops, pillow innards. It took 3:1/2 hrs to pick up the debris. The vet said it is a three-year stage. Like Pancho Villa, it is just a stage Titan is going through. Hooknose McGee
