Ontario County, New York – An Ontario County man was arrested and charged after leaving his dog outside overnight, without shelter, in subzero temperatures. The frigid overnight stay on the porch gave the unsheltered dog frostbite on the ears and landed 49-year-old Jamie L. Lovejoy in the Ontario County Jail on Saturday.
The injured dog was taken to the local humane society for treatment and care. Lovejoy is facing charges of animal cruelty and resisting arrest.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said the dog is expected to make a full recovery.

Jamie L. Lovejoy must die!! Put that dirt bag in the freezer and make him bleed!!!
Lock that POS in a freezer until he dies!
Do the exact same thing to this creep! There needs to be strict punishment for animal abusers!
The creep responsible deserves to experience the same as that innocent dog did. Hopefully there are brighter and warmer days ahead for that pup.
