Las Vegas, Nevada – This week, a bench warrant was issued for 26-year-old Germiran Bryson after she failed to appear in court for an arraignment. Bryson was initially arrested after abandoning her two-year-old goldendoodle to a JetBlue ticket counter in Las Vegas on February 3 after being told that she didn’t have the appropriate paperwork to board her flight with the dog.
The dog, dubbed JetBlue, was taken in by the Retriever Rescue of Las Vegas group after being held by animal control for 10 days – his owner never tried to reclaim him. He has since been adopted by LVMPD Officer Skeeter Black, who responded to Harry Reid Airport when the dog was abandoned.
With the newly issued bench warrant, Bryson could now find herself arrested and put behind bars.
