Gardena, CA – A beautiful, injured German shepherd puppy is urgently in need of help. The eight-month-old puppy was taken in as a stray at the Los Angeles County Animal Care facility (Carson) on August 11 – she arrived with an injury to her paw.
The Saving Carson Shelter Dogs Facebook page writes:

This puppy is just to eight months old and she has come into the shelter as a stray with an injured paw. She needs help fast! Please share.

There must be a German Shepard rescue in California or Oregon that would take this beautiful pup.

There are MANY rescues, but unfortunately, there are more dogs in need, especially in CA & TX, than rescues can handle! All rescues are maxed out. All shelters are over filled, and killing 20 or more dogs at a time. FOSTERS are needed desperately!
Most rescues depend on fosters to house rescued dogs until adopted. Vet & food bills are covered by the rescue groups.
If you are out of state, there is still the possibility to adopt an urgent dog thru a rescue group.
