Update: Rescued by Mad Malinois and Dutch Shepherd Inc.
San Bernardino, CA – A beautiful Belgian Malinois named Penny waited three long months for someone to choose HER to be their companion. But Penny’s happily-ever-after was not meant to be.
Her new family’s existing dogs were not happy that she was at their home and they were “mean” to her. So the adopter took Penny right back to where she started. Amazingly, Penny gave the animal control officer at the shelter a hug, despite the trauma of losing her home and being returned to the facility.
Her advocate writes:
AFTER WAITING 3 LONG MONTHS, she finally got adopted. Her adopter returned her shortly after bringing her home. If you watch/listen to the video in the comments, he states it’s because his other dogs were mean to her. He said she’s a great dog and even crate and potty trained. You can see she’s loving. Any dog who spent 3 months in the shelter and hugs the animal control officer in the parking lot is a dog worth saving
Please help Penny find a loving home. She is gorgeous, young, intelligent, and forgiving. Information to save her life below.
