Louisville, KY – A Kentucky woman is facing multiple animal cruelty charges following a disturbing discovery inside a home on the 7300 block of Leisure Court in Louisville. According to sources, 38-year-old Tiffany Arnold abandoned 24 cats in a home and by the time animal control officials were alerted, all but four had died.
Louisville Metro Animal Services officers accessed the home after receiving a report that cats may have been abandoned inside. Officers found 20 deceased cats and four cats, still alive but suffering, in the residence. One of the surviving cats was in such poor condition that it had to be euthanized at a veterinary cat after being removed from the house. Multiple cats were so badly decomposed that performing a necropsy was impossible.
The disturbing discovery led to the following charges:
- 24 counts of torture of a cat
- 24 counts of provisions of necessities
- 24 counts of abandonment
- At her arraignment, Arnold pleaded not guilty.
According to WDRB News, Arnold was arrested on August 5; she has already pleaded not guilty to the charges. She has been appointed a court-appointed attorney.

Horrible! How on earth is she pleasing not guilty? This just proves she will do it again! What a disgusting person.
This fucking cunt needs to have her spine removed and hung with it in full public view so all can see what a piece of shit IT is!!!
She pled not guilty? Then how did 20 dead cats get into her home, did they just walk in and die or did they knock first? This is ludicrious, she’s guilty and needs to be held accountable – jail, fines, restitution for vet services and a lifetime ban on any type of animal contact. And put her face all over your media to let others know they can and will be held to account for their sick actions by your Kentucky law enforcement agency.
She’s need to be high charge, punishment for letting poor cats to death, need to be in jail, she’s evil, murder.
she will get whats coming… one way or another…. poor cats….
