San Bernardino, CA – A woman who used bolt cutters to break into the City of San Bernardino Animal Services facility this week has been arrested. According to ABC 7 News, the woman was arrested after releasing several dogs from the building.
Most of the dogs were recovered, including four that were found in a dumpster.
The shelter updated its social media account to let followers know that the dogs were safe and receiving veterinary care.
The woman’s identity has not been released publicly.
