Shelter At ‘Critical Capacity’ And Snuggly Shepherd Has Had Zero Applications

Update: Casey has been adopted! Thanks to everyone who shared her information to help her find a home.

Manhattan, NY – A beautiful German shepherd waits for someone to notice her at a critically full animal care center in Manhattan. The year-old dog, dubbed Casey, has been at the facility since September 5, but she has received zero applications.

According to Casey’s shelter biography, she was picked up as a stray and her history is unknown. She has shown herself to be “snuggly and playful” while at the shelter facility. And without question, she is adorable.

At just a year of age, Casey is still a puppy. She should be living her best life in a home, with people who love her. Instead, she is stuck in a kennel run as if she were in jail. Please help Casey find her way out of this crowded animal shelter before the unthinkable happens.
