Devore, CA – A young shepherd mix named Cathy has been patiently waiting for someone to take notice of her at the San Bernardino County – Devore Shelter. But nobody has taken interest in Cathy and during her time at the shelter, she has developed a cough.

A shelter advocate who has visited Cathy at the facility noted that she is always friendly when someone comes to see her, and commented that she has been patiently waiting for someone to save her.
It is not fair that Cathy is facing death because someone cast her aside. It is not fair that Cathy might be euthanized because she got an upper respiratory infection while at the facility.
None of it is fair. Cathy should not be facing death at two years of age. She should be enjoying cuddles and love. She should be enjoying her life.
Please give her that chance by sharing her adoption information. Time is not on Cathy’s side.

these shelters/rescues are a joke. yes there is a shortage of money and help but christ a dog living on the street is still a live dog. they get RESCUED to become a dead dog!
