Butte, Montana – A Montana man has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from him allegedly stomping a puppy to death. According to sources, 29-year-old Marquise Lee James Bullcoming killed the three-month-old Labrador retriever mix in the 2100 block of Princeton Street in November 2025.
The local animal control responded to the scene after a witness phoned 911. Bullcoming is facing a felony charge of aggravated animal cruelty. As reported by NBC Montana, Bullcoming pleaded not guilty to the charge when he was arraigned on Thursday, January 8.
The accused allegedly kicked and stomped the puppy to death after learning that he was being evicted from his home. He told investigators that he did not intend to kill the pup.
Bullcoming is due in court again on Feb. 26.

This worthless individual should be locked up for the rest of his meaningless life. He; as well as others like him; contributes nothing but problems to our society and should be put away somewhere where they cannot hurt other living beings.
Since he was being evicted and took his anger out on a defenseless puppy, he appears to be a danger to society. He should be incarcerated to the maximum allowable by law. He’ll get free room and board and meals, hopefully for the rest of his sorry, useless life!

I’m thinking that “an eye for an eye” needs to be a part of our laws. You kick and stomp a puppy to death?……Well, YOU get kicked and stomped to death!
Totally agree. This evil scum needs to experience the same excruciating pain that the poor dog felt.
Even attacking an innocent puppy for being evicted means he’s an abuser anyway, animal and human. Whether or not he intended to is irrelevant. He still murdered that puppy, a baby, FFS. He needs to go into general pop as animal abusers are only 1step above child abusers to many inmates.
This creep deserves the same treatment as that innocent dog was subjected to. There are a lot of human monsters that just need to be euthanized so that other living things aren’t subjected to them. Bless that innocent dog.
No punishment is sufficient for assholes like this guy but if only these guys were given to animal lovers for punishment there would be a hell of a lot less of this. Unfortunately the era of the vigilante is no more…. animal protection is the lessor for it.
All animal abusers need to be LOCKED UP. It’s the only way to keep animals safe from sick and twisted evil people.
