Sanford, Florida – A Sanford HVAC worker, conducting business in a resident’s home, was captured on video kicking a senior dog unconscious. According to the Sanford Police Department, Richardson Noel (D.O.B. 04/10/1983), rendered the dog, Boomer, unconscious for a “significant” amount of time.
The dog’s owner contacted the police department after watching the damning video which was captured on a Furbo dog treat dispenser inside the house.
Chief Cecil Smith stated, “It is deeply disturbing that someone entrusted with entering a person’s home to complete a service would violate that trust by viciously injuring a defenseless animal. The video is difficult to watch and shows the callousness of this individual.”
Noel is charged and arrested for Aggravated Animal Cruelty. Boomer’s owner, Ryan Menzies, said the dog was evaluated by a veterinarian who determined there were no broken bones, but internal bruising was likely.

The charge for this jerk should have been what’s available nationwide — a federal felony charge of animal abuse. Then when found guilty, this cretin could be sentenced to a lengthy stint in a PRISON, not just a jail. Then put him in genpop. He’s a danger to the public.
