Deputy Adopts Abandoned Dog He Helped Rescue

Orange County, FL – An Orange County deputy went above and beyond the call of duty when he decided to permanently open his home to an abandoned dog that he helped rescue. Deputy Andrew Polo was one of the people who aided in a recent call about abandoned animals.

The abandoned animals were taken to Orange County Animal Services for care, and earlier this week, Deputy Polo decided to adopt two-year-old Nyla, one of the abandoned dogs. But his good deed did not stop there, he also decided to foster Nyla’s five-week-old puppy, Retro.

People who learned of Deputy Polo’s good deed have expressed gratitude for his kindness.

Thank you Deputy Polo!
