Deadline Put On Terrified Pup’s Life At Crowded Texas Animal Shelter

Dallas, TX – A deadline has been placed on a terrified pup’s life in Dallas, Texas. The seven-month-old puppy, dubbed Leo, is being held at Dallas Animal Services where a lack of space is proving to be a potentially deadly issue.

On Monday, the Urgent Pets of Dallas Animal Services Facebook page said:

PUPPY
‼️DEADLINE THURSDAY, 12/21 at 11 AM‼️
ADOPT/RESCUE – PRE-LAB – SPACE

Describing Leo’s fear at the facility:

Did not walk to the yard and had to be carried. Sat in a corner after being let into the yard and didn’t move from that spot. Tolerated greeting from the dogs in the yard.
SHELTER OBSERVATION
On 12/11/23
Timid, hides his head under the bed, shakes a little when you pet him.

Leo is insecure, confused, overwhelmed, and terrified. Sadly, time is not on his side and he must be spoken for before December 21 at 11 a.m.

You can assist this scared pup by networking his adoption information. He will not have the chance to gain confidence and learn love unless he is saved before the deadline.
