Green, Ohio – A 57-year-old Ohio man is facing a felony animal cruelty charge for cutting off the tails of three kittens. According to sources, Bret Stalnaker allegedly cut off the kittens’ tails and threw a container holding them at a woman during a dispute.
According to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, Stalnaker sent threatening text messages to the woman he was in a dispute with – the release states that he:
“Began sending her text messages stating he was going to harm kittens who were born nine days prior to the incident.”
Shortly thereafter, Stalnaker threw the container with three kitten tails in it.
When deputies arrived at East Turkeyfoot Lake Road, they found Stalnaker in a van with a loaded .45 caliber pistol. The man threw down the weapon before being arrested; he was booked into the Summit County Jail on animal cruelty charges.
The kittens survived the abuse and are in the care of a veterinarian.

Those poor, sweet baby kittens! Cats’ tails aren’t only pretty; they need their tails for balance. This should be taken into consideration by whoever gets to decide how to punish the perp. The babies may have survived the abuse, but they’ll have a much harder time learning to walk, and they will undoubtedly have lifelong balance issues resulting from the loss of their tails. 😾

Well, here’s an idea.
Start by cutting off a certain part of his anatomy, then finish by throwing that benighted redneck trash in prison for the rest of his sorry, worthless life.

Individuals are not punished accordingly for these acts of cruelty towards animals and continue to carry on with their inhumanity. Our laws and punishments for these acts need to change and be enforced if this is ever going to stop!

I am sure that there are some Animal Vigilante groups out there who feel the same as I towards these arrogant nasty non-caring animal torturers and murderers, and— know what needs to be done.
