Seminole County, FL – A Florida man was arrested and charged for intentionally running over a deer in his Chevy Tahoe and posting the disturbing video to TikTok. On December 28, 27-year-old Clay Neil Kinney was arrested by Detective Monk, who was conducting an area patrol on Lake Harney Road, in Geneva, investigating the TikTok footage.
According to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office arrest record, the footage revealed that Kinney tried to hit five deer, but he was only successful in striking one. During questioning, Kinney admitted to the criminal act.
Kinney is charged with five counts of animal torment, one count each of animal torture, and one moving traffic violation; he is due in court on January 30.
