Lehigh Acres, Florida – A Florida woman was arrested and charged with two felonies after a man reported seeing her abuse and sexually assault his dog via a Ring camera. As reported by Gulf Coast News New, police arrested 36-year-old Angel Bianca Santiago on Monday; she faces felony charges of aggravated animal cruelty and sexual contact with an animal.
The dog’s owner, who has chosen to remain anonymous, tells the news agency, “It’s pretty traumatic. It was definitely rough seeing my dogs being treated like that.”
The Ring footage showed the owner’s two dogs fighting with each other before Santiago got involved. Video allegedly showed her pulling the dog named Toby by his tail, punching him in the head, and holding him down to sexually assault him. The disturbing video prompted the owner to call 911 for help.
The man’s two dogs were taken to the shelter to be examined by a veterinarian. Santiago was booked into the Lee County Jail.
