Truth or Consequences, New Mexico – Two women in New Mexico are facing multiple counts of extreme animal cruelty following the discovery of shockingly horrific conditions outside of their Truth or Consequences residence. As reported by KRQE News, police searched a search warrant at the residence of Jessica Garcia and Angel Padilla and found seven dogs living in squalor.
According to the authorities, the dogs were secured outdoors in filthy, feces-laden cages, and showed signs of extreme neglect, including open wounds and flea and tick infestation. One of the dogs on the property had to be humanely euthanized after being taken to a veterinarian for an exam.
The police found Garcia and Padilla hiding in the attic; both were arrested and are each facing seven counts of extreme animal cruelty.

Death penalty for animal abusers
Lock them up in solitary for the rest of their useless, miserable lives. They don’t deserve freedom or mercy.
why? why? why? there needs to be a registry that all shelters and vets can access so these types cant ever own an animal again.
I’m begining to think that the only way to deal with people like this is the old “eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth” school of thought. Make them suffer the way they have caused these animals to suffer. Locking them up where they will still get meals, a place to sleep, etc being paid for by the taxpayers doesn’t begin to be enough punishment for what they’ve done.
hang them
