Bucks County, Pennsylvania – A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of whoever is responsible for throwing a dog from a moving car in Buck County, Pennsylvania. The Bucks County SPCA said the dog was thrown from the car on the night of Tuesday, January 6 in Tullytown.
The abandoned dog was taken to a veterinarian for an exam and treatment. The animal-welfare agency said they believe he suffered “cruel treatment” prior to being thrown from the car:
Our Humane Law Enforcement team is investigating in conjunction with Tullytown Police. We are deeply concerned that this dog may have experienced cruel treatment prior to this violent act.
