Long Island City, New York – A 68-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly dragging two dogs behind his car. The disturbing January 4 incident was captured on video, leading to the arrest of Dan Bujor.
The Queens District Attorney confirmed the arrest of Bujor – issuing a statement about the cruelty case:

Marzipan, who is roughly 2 years old, suffered a ruptured eardrum from the terrifying ordeal. Nougat, who is estimated to be 2 to 4 years old, had abrasions on the paw pads behind her wrists, inflammation of the skin between her toes, and diarrhea.
The dragging incident led to Bujor being arraigned on two counts of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals, failure to provide sustenance and driving by an unlicensed operator; he pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released from custody. Bujor is due back in court on March 5.

Human is a sociopath and doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong,moral and immoral. Please issue the most harsh punishment possible. He is also a danger to vulnerable children.
This man must serve jail time and pay the Vet bills. If he wasn’t caught in time these dogs would have suffered a very painful death. He must not own or foster animals for life as he clearly doesn’t value innocent lives. He could have surrendered them , but he enjoys inflicting torture and pain.
