Black Canyon City, Arizona – Two dogs who were lost in an Arizona desert for four days were rescued on April 25. According to Daisy Mountain Fire & Rescue, the dogs, Spike and Snickers, never left each other’s side during the time they were missing.
Spike and Snickers were rescued after a kind hiker spotted them approximately 1.5 miles from the trailhead Black Canyon City Trail.
One dog had to be carried out, and the other was able to walk. According to the rescuers, the dogs are safe and back in their care family.
