Houston, TX – Over a decade ago, a beautiful puppy was adopted from the Harris County Pets shelter in Houston. Recently, the now 15-year-old dog finds herself back in the facility, hoping against hope that someone might want to give her the chance to live out the remainder of her life.
The elderly dog, Luna, was picked up as a stray. Nobody has visited the facility to claim her as their own, and now she is at risk of losing her life.
Pets are supposed to be forever. Not until they are no longer convenient, or until they are too old.
