San Dimas, CA – On Sunday, three German shepherd puppies were rescued from a dumpster at a San Dimas business park. The sad situation was shared in a Lost and Found Facebook group two days ago.
Carolyn Castro, an admin for the group, said:
Thankfully the employee from this business heard them crying and got them out. He found them in the trash. I picked them up they do not have a chip. I really need someone with a larger area and kennel to foster them. Poor babies were starving and thirsty.
As reported by KTLA News, the puppies were taken for veterinary care, and a rescue group is helping find adoptive homes for the puppies.
Castro plans to review surveillance video from the business complex to see if the person who abandoned the pups can be identified.
